There are no returns on custom orders. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, damaged items due to carrier mishandling. Please file all necessary claims with the post office. Make sure your address is correct in Etsy shipping before placing orders. Double check all name spelling before placing orders. 
🌲DIRECTIONS for ASSEMBLY🌲
You will not fully inflate the balloons, only large enough to fit inside the box. BEFORE tying your balloons hold them inside the box to make sure they are not too large and that you are able to shut the box. If you tie them without checking you may have added too much air and not be able to close your box properly. If for some reason you need assistance please message me.
