SHIPPING POLICY

Please refer to tracking for package updates once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged products. Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. There are no returns for custom orders. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Do to the custom nature of our products there are no returns or exchanges, unless a mistake has been made b during production. Please double check all spellings and sizing on custom items.
